I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, it had so much character, charming decor, and a lovely cleaning staff. However, the service from the manager was frustrating, as we faced issues with our room due to mismanagement, which really put a damper on our stay.

Upon arrival, the family room we booked was given away, leading to a disappointing experience with the alternative twin rooms, one of which even had a smashed window.
